Jakarta sebagai kota megapolitan ‘ditumbuhi’ gedung-gedung pencakar langit. Data dari Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta ada sekitar 700 gedung tinggi di Jakarta. Tapi di antara ratusan gedung tinggi di Jakarta itu ada 10 yang tertinggi. Berikut 10 gedung tertinggi di Jakarta

1. Wisma 46

Wisma 46 adalah bangunan tertinggi Indonesia yang memiliki tinggi 262 meter (hingga pucuk antena). Gedung ini terletak di Jalan Sudirman, Jakarta. Menara perkantoran bertingkat 46 ini selesai tahun 1996 yang dirancang oleh Zeidler Roberts Partnership (Zeidler Partnership Architects) dan DP Architects Private Ltd.

Menara ini terletak di sebuah tanah seluas 15 hektar di pusat kota. Selain itu, gedung ini berisi 23 elevator yang dapat mencapai kecepatan 360 mpm dalam model berkecepatan super tinggi.

Wisma 46 adalah bangunan tertinggi ke-147 di dunia bila dihitung hingga puncak. Juga bangunan tertinggi kedua di belahan Bumi selatan. Bila dihitung hingga ke atap, menara ini setinggi 228 meter dan bila dihitung hingga atap terendah, tingginya hanya 200 meter.

2. Menara BCA

Menara BCA berada di kawasan Bundaran HI Jakarta. Gedung ini memiliki tinggi 230 meter dan punya 56 lantai. Menara BCA dibangun pada tahun 2004 dan selesai tahun 2007. Gedung ini ditempati sebagai pusat perkantoran, restoran, mal hingga fitness center.
